Pak national Waqas most wanted by NIA

 A Pakistani national Waqas alias ahmed alias javed who has been
identified by arrested Yasin Bhatkal as one of the bombers in Dilsukhnagar blasts is now
declared as most wanted by National Investigation Agency. His last known address was in
Mangalore in Karnataka and NIA said he is tech savvy and often visits cyber cafes to
communicate with handlers.
NIA said Rs 10 lakh reward is announced on his head. He posed as student to get
accommodation on rent. Aged around 23 years Waqas can speak Urdu and Hindi with Punjabi
accent.
The CC TV footage was identified by Yasin Bhatkal who had planted bomb at Zaveri Bazar
too. Yasin, Tabrez and Waqas are the most important operatives.
Waqas with the instructions of his handlers in Pakistan remained in India and continued
operations. He emerged as key bomb maker and planter.
